Auto Renew

You may set your credit card details to the account, which will allow specified domains to be renewed automatically when they reach the 30 day threshold before their expiry date.

To set your domains to be automatically renewed, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your profile.
  2. Click Account Management > My Domains.
  3. Click the check box beside each of the domains you want to enable the autorenew for.
  4. Under the List Actions drop-down box, select Enable Auto Renew.
  5. All domains that you had selected to enable automatic renewal will appear on the next screen with a green check beside it. Those not currently set to autorenew have a red X beside them. You can use this screen to modify any of your selections.
  6. Click Update to save any of the modifications you have made.

Results:

  1. Your domains has been set for Auto Renew.
  2. Domains with Auto Renew enabled, will be renewed automatically 30 days prior to the expiration date.

Notes:

Our system only stores a credit card reference; it does NOT store complete credit card information. This is a security feature of our system. You must keep a valid credit card on file for the Auto Renew to process successfully. You can update the credit card on file anytime online under Account Management > My Profile. You may also set the credit card reference to be stored at the Check Out screen during any transaction.

You will still receive the automated notices when a domain is approaching its expiry date. If you are uncertain that autorenew has been enabled for any domains, log in and check your My Domains list to verify.

You will also be notified by email if the domain is currently set to autorenew. You will be given the opportunity to deactivate it if you wish to remove the autorenew status.
