To Request your CIRA Account Username and Password

* This feature is only required for .ca Domain names

1. Click My .CA Registrants
2. Under Manage Registrants, select the desired Registrant
3. Click the Select button
4. Click CIRA Account number/Password
5. Then click Request

Result:

1. Your CIRA account number and password will be sent to the administrative contact e-mail.

Notes:

You cannot change your CIRA account password through our web site. In order to do this, you must contact CIRA directly.
